Ariba's B2B user conference is a global event planned to maximize
awareness of the company's B2B e-commerce platform in markets worldwide.
The event travels to seven cities around the world, so bc creative
needed the collateral and event Web site to clearly communicate
across time and culture.
bc creative created a live concert theme to position Ariba's B2B
conference as an exciting, must see event. In addition to the conference
collateral and Web site, we implemented coordinating staging guidelines,
signage, and video with specialty props like T-shirts, posters,
and press passes. We focused on Ariba's strength as a global provider
by developing a Global Tour theme for their conference the
"Live 2001 B2B World Tour" campaign. bc creative developed
a unique image for Ariba by creating an air of excitement and fun,
often absent in traditional User Conferences.
